Part of the Tell Us Another One website, the Connect2Poetry website shows an interactive map of poetry plaques around Rochdale and invites visitors to download the Connect2Poetry app to find a plaque and write a poem there, to be shared back on the website.

The 43 plaques are on walking routes and cycle paths and the poem from each plaque can be viewed in a popup on the interactive map (provided by Google Maps API).
I built the page in the screenshot as a custom template on the existing Tell Us Another One website (WordPress) using a custom post type for the poems that feed into the map. The green signpost links on the right use CSS 3 styling and a web-font.
The poems produced in the app are automatically uploaded to a separate WordPress site which is designed to look consistent with this page.
